Chief Managing Director

Having vast experience in the field of Security and Manpower industry, first as an employee and then as an entrepreneur. Radheshyam Singh Tomar co-founded Standard Security and Labour Services in the year 2011. After scaling up the earlier company he decided to part ways with earlier partner. With a desire to restructure the company with a fresh and innovative approach to attain greater heights, he started Standard Security & Manpower Solutions in year 2019. Their vision, hard work and constant attention to the need of the client resulted in exponential growth of the company. The company managed to cross the turnover of more than Rs 15 crores within three years.

Azad Singh Dhaka

Director

Having vast experience in the field of Security and Administration management. He started his career in 2005 from Amby Valley Ltd – Lonavala and work with many top Indian conglomerates i:e, Reliance Industries Ltd, Aditya Birla Group and Torrent Group. His core competencies are Physical security, Automation security, Material Management, Access control, Security set-up in green field projects, vigilance etc. He is BA-LLB, PGDLL & MBA in Operation Management. With his almost 20 years of experience, SSMS will be new edges to provide best security services to our customers with the optimum use of Man, Material, & Machine.
